Celebrating Small Wins

Celebrating the Small Wins
The start of a new year always feels full of possibilities. For Blossom Braid International, 2017 began quietly but with a sense of encouragement — little wins that reminded me God is faithful, even in the small things.
Looking back over the past year, I can see seeds planted, prayers whispered, and moments of obedience that felt ordinary at the time. Some of those moments are now beginning to bear small fruit. A blog post that connected with a reader. A ministry that used our resources. A project that came together because I said yes before I fully understood how.
These wins are tiny. They might go unnoticed by the world. But they are meaningful. They remind me that God works in ways we often cannot measure. They remind me to be grateful, even when progress feels slow.
I’m learning to celebrate these moments, not just the big milestones. Because faithfulness is often revealed in the quiet victories — the days we keep showing up, trusting God’s timing, and doing the work He’s asked us to do.
If you’re starting a new year with hope, but perhaps uncertainty too, take time to notice the small wins. They matter more than we often realise. And God sees every faithful step, however small, along the way.
Here’s to another year of obedience, creativity, and trust.
